Vena exclusive heavy-duty two men sorting system is designed to be simple, safe and efficient.

A heavy-duty output belt conveyor will bring the tumbled product onto the 12' diameter turntable. Operators are situated away from the transition point assuring a safe working environment. The turntable also creates a buffer zone when tumbling multiple size pavers or SRW, allowing you to select specific product sizes to reproduce the desired pattern.

Once the pattern is reproduced, every other process is automatic. Vena's motorized roller conveyors feature heavy-duty construction designed for the concrete business. Adjustable guiding devices are installed over the roller conveyor to ensure proper positioning. An air gate stopper is located after the turntable to allow the operator to form the desired pattern.

Vena also offers a realignment conveyor for those who tend to mostly tumble same size paver. The realignment conveyor is intended to realign bricks or pavers lengthwise down to the sorting section. Here the desired pattern is reproduced and the product moves down the roller conveyor towards the cuber. An air gate stopper is also mounted onto the motorized roller conveyor to control the flow of product into the cuber.
