The exclusive double dumper station is a simple, heavy-duty piece of equipment, designed to prevent stops and starts due to product overflow at the transition point. It is also equipped with sensors to regulate product flow into the tumbler.
Once loaded, dumpers can either be activated by the forklift driver using a forklift-mounted remote control or by the operator from the main panel. Double dumpers can either be activated by the forklift driver using a forklift-mounted remote control or by the operator from the main panel. Double dumpers can also work simultaneously, allowing you to mix colors or shapes. Heavy-duty infeed conveyors equipped with variable speed drives assure a constant feed into the tumbler. |
